Public Class Schedule 

Classes for all ages continue through December 19th!

Parent and Baby

Tuesdays 11:45-12:45

A unique post-natal yoga class which combines getting back into shape, restorative yoga, & strengthening the bond between you and your baby. The sequences are designed to focus on all areas of the post-natal body to bring back strength, flexibility & mental calm to the mother.

Elementary School

Thursdays 3:45-4:45

Yoga poses and breathing exercises are woven into songs and stories in this fun and creative class! Children will learn techniques to calm the body, clear the mind, and get their creative energy flowing. Our practice will include beginner breathing, stretches, asana, cool down, and Savasana. Each class ends with a creative meditation that includes either drawing, writing, singing, or a still seated guided visualization.

High School 

Mondays 5:00-6:00

Relax and unwind from your school day while building strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness. Each class includes with pranayama breathing, stretching, asana flow, cool down, and Savasana. Class ends with a closing meditation that is either guided or an expressive art. Special focus on de-stressing and connecting to inner wisdom.

Parent and Toddler

Mondays 1:30-2:15 

A fun class for toddlers their caregivers! Stretch, play, and sing-along to songs that incorporate yoga and creative movement. Class ends with a short relaxation. Time to bond with your kiddos and connect with other caregivers in your community!

Family Flow 

Thursdays 5:00-6:00

A traditional adult yoga flow. This all levels class is the perfect chance to bring older children and pre-teens (8-12) to yoga for the full experience of an adult class. Each practice will include pranayama breathing, warm up stretches, asana flow, cool down, and Savasana. Class will focus on breath, alignment, listening to your body, and taking yoga off the mat and into daily life. 

Preschool 

Thursdays 1:30-2:15

This is a kid drop off class. Please have kids potty trained. This upbeat class is filled with songs, games, and creative movement! Children will be introduced to beginner breathing techniques, basic poses, and mindfulness exercises. We will dance, sing, and move, then cool down ending with a short Savasana for focus and relaxation. 

Middle School 

Mondays 3:45-4:45

Class ends with a closing meditation that is either guided or an expressive art. Special focus on transitions and self love
